Sign in at cafeyn.co on the web, not the app.
Tap "Mon Compte" at the top right.
Select "Mon Forfait", then tap "Résilier".

If you subscribed to Cafeyn inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
