Suba Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms apply to the Suba app, made by Bekir Ersever ("I", "me"). By using Suba you agree to them. Suba is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add a few points specific to Suba.

What Suba is

Suba helps you keep track of recurring payments and reminds you about them. It is an organizing tool: it does not make, cancel or manage payments with banks, card issuers or service providers, and it is not financial advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the payments you enter and for checking amounts and dates with the actual provider. Reminders depend on your device's settings (notifications, Focus, battery) and may not always arrive; don't rely on Suba as your only reminder for important payments.

Exchange rates

Currency conversions use publicly available reference rates and are for information only. Your bank or card issuer may use different rates.

Suba Pro

Suba Pro is a one-time in-app purchase sold through Apple. Payment, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple under its terms.

Availability

I work hard to keep Suba reliable, but it is provided "as is". Features may change over time.
