How to cancel friDay Video (2026, step by step)

friDay Video can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

  1. Open the page below and sign in.
  2. Go to "我的帳號與方案" (account & plans).
  3. Tap "取消方案" under your plan and confirm.

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to friDay Video inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

  1. Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  2. Choose friDay Video from the list.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If your mobile carrier bills you

If friDay Video appears on your mobile carrier bill, the carrier manages the subscription. Cancel it with your carrier (its app, online account or customer service); the steps above may not apply.
