How to cancel Globoplay (2026, step by step)

Globoplay can be cancelled online in 4 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

Open the page below and sign in with your Conta Globo.
Select the subscription and tap "Gerenciar".
Tap "Cancelar assinatura" at the bottom, pick a reason and confirm.
If you see "Acessar" plus a store name, cancel there instead.

If you subscribed to Globoplay inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:
