LYP Premium can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

Open the page below in a browser and sign in with Yahoo! JAPAN ID.
Tap "解約を進める" (Continue cancellation).
Tap "解約する" (Cancel).

If you subscribed to LYP Premium inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Choose LYP Premium from the list.
