myVideo can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.
- Open the page below and sign in.
- Tap your name, then "會員中心".
- Select "我的訂閱方案" and tap "取消續扣".

If you pay through the App Store
If you subscribed to myVideo inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:
- Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Choose myVideo from the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If your mobile carrier bills you
If myVideo appears on your mobile carrier bill, the carrier manages the subscription. Cancel it with your carrier (its app, online account or customer service); the steps above may not apply.
