How to cancel WOWOW (2026, step by step)

WOWOW can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

These steps are general. Exact button labels may differ.

Sign in to My WOWOW with the contract holder's WEB account.
Open "ご契約状況" (Contract status).
Tap "解約する" (Cancel).

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to WOWOW inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Choose WOWOW from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
