How to cancel Calm (2026, step by step)

Calm can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

  1. Open the page below and sign in.
  2. Select "Settings", then "Manage Subscription".
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to Calm inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

  1. Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  2. Choose Calm from the list.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.
