How to cancel Dropbox (2026, step by step)

Dropbox can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

Open the page below and sign in.
Click "Cancel plan" at the bottom of the page.
Select a reason, click "Continue canceling" and follow the prompts.

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to Dropbox inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Choose Dropbox from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
