How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud (2026, step by step)

Adobe Creative Cloud can be cancelled online in 4 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

Open the page below and sign in.
Select "Manage plan", then "Cancel your plan".
Select "Continue to cancel", pick a reason, select "Continue".
Select "Confirm cancellation".

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Choose Adobe Creative Cloud from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
