How to cancel Notion (2026, step by step)

Notion can be cancelled online in 4 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

  1. Open the page below and sign in.
  2. In the sidebar, click "Settings" → "Billing" → "Change plan".
  3. Select the Free plan and click "Continue".
  4. Click "Downgrade".

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to Notion inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

  1. Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  2. Choose Notion from the list.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.
