How to cancel Microsoft 365 (2026, step by step)

Microsoft 365 can be cancelled online in 3 steps. Use the official link below to go straight to the cancellation page.

Open the page below and sign in.
Select "Cancel subscription" (may say "Upgrade or Cancel").
Select "I don't want my subscription".

If you pay through the App Store

If you subscribed to Microsoft 365 inside its iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your Apple subscriptions instead:

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Choose Microsoft 365 from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
